  "i liked the atmosphere of this hotel the veiws from the front of the hotel are great the staff were very friendly and helpfull the bus stops right outside the hotel and boat stops were only a 5 min walk" (97623022)

  the hotel had a nice old feel about it with great views of the lake

  as we were only here for 2 nights we were put in a room with no view whatsoever right next to the lift which was very noisy

  "The staff were helpful & spoke good English when we needed to get in contact with a doctor. Food not as good as it looked. The views from the hotel were fantastic." (97479357)

  The room was light & bright.

  The toilet paper was so thin

  the lake and the terrace I finally got after much compliant

  the food was disgusting and overpriced which was necessary to pay for the salt

  "Hotel was comfortable and clean but the quality of the breakfast let it down badly. I would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay but not for a week's holiday purely because of the food." (97893277)

  Room was spacious and clean Staff were pleasant and helpful Hotel easily accessible

  Lack of entertainment in hotel Breakfast - quality was very poor for a 4* hotel.Stale bread and cake, very,very greasy bacon. Poor quality Cheese and Hamfor a 4* hotel. Lack of variety of food. Food was not refreshed for the whole week I stayed there, same thing on offer for everyday. Needs to be refreshed mid week. Needs fresh juice, not diluted ones.

  "Overall our stay was positve. We found it beautiful and well worth the money. I wish I knew about the renovations and the proximity to the street." (46920969)

  The view was excellent, the room was beautiful and the staff was freindly and helpful

  The noise from workers who were doing renovations and the traffic outside our window
