    The location only a block form Piazza V. Veneto can't be beat. This hotel is absolutely in keeping with a 3 star hotel and was what I was expecting. Very large bathrooms. Nice beds. Good breakfast.

    The ground floor entrance to the building is very dark at night and somewhat forbidding. This is not technically part of the hotel but could be much much improved with lighting and paint., The actual entrance to the hotel is on the 3rd floor and is a different world. Staff was efficient and very helpful.

    Excellent service and advice for eating and touring around Torino. Excellent location close to the Po, Piazza V. Veneto and other central city sights; a short taxi ride from either P.Nuova or P.Susa stations. Daily breakfast better than at many hotels charging double or more. Room very clean.

    Shower typically small as in many Italian hotels, but worked well with plenty of hot water.

    La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait 30° dans la chambre. C'est dommage !

    Hotel staff was very helpful, went out of their way to help us. The hotel was very clean & comfortable (nice location a bit off the main attractions). The breakfast was very, very good and well stocked and the serving staff worked hard to make it a pleasant experience.

    Ottima la pulizia dell'albergo e la cordialità dello staff. Ottima la posizione dell'albergo. La struttura è situata vicino a una vasta zona pedonale piena di locali e ristoranti.

    We picked this hotel for the location and the fact that we could get on-site parking as we knew we'd have a lot of luggage and wine as this was one of the last nights of our trip. Staff was extremely helpful (moved some trucks out of the way so we could get into the parking, etc.) Lots of good restaurants and cafes right around the hotel.

    Was a bit of a long walk from some of the areas we wanted to see (like the old Roman quarter.)

    It is a clean, well-located hotel. Newspapers are available for reading. Staff were pleasant.

    There was noise from people talking in other hotel rooms and the hallway. One night there was a crowd of young people outside on the street until very late at night, as a result I could not sleep.

    Staff was pleasant if not overly helpful. Close to the city centre.

    I was in a room right by the lobby and the ringing of the doorbell and people talking kept me up at night and woke me up early in the morning. The hotel was on the third floor of a building - this wasn't clear on the website when I was booking it. My room smelled like sewage, I'm assuming the vents in the bathroom weren't working, if they existed.
