"We really enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon. We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer." (107894284)
The bathroom was awesome. It had a Jacuzzi tub, a luxury shower, and a flat screen tv. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The parking was convenient.
The orange juice was sour. We couldn't figure out how to access the wireless internet (the person we asked just pointed us to a computer with internet). We could hear our neighbors at times.

Excellent and unusual decoration of rooms. Location. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

The hotel was really nice, and the location was great. We went there as part of our honeymoon and got upgraded to a really nice room, with jacuzzi, sky tv etc. The staff were very good, and the breakfast was also very good.

"Lucca is a lovely place for a short break and this hotel has a character all of it's own - so different from the run of the mill hotels that are usually on offer. We would definately stay here again and would recommend to friends." (107215651)
Great personalised welcome. Lovely room with big bathroom. Excellent breakfasts.
Not easy to find! Language difficulties at times. 2 staff were very good at English but they were not always on duty.
