  location, twin rooms clearly indicated in hotel information, price

  one bed slightly damaged, coffee machine gives poor quality coffee and even worse tea

  "We had a great time at this hotel. It is located a perfect distance from the main tourist attractions but is off on a smaller street to avoid the traffic and noise. The rooms were plenty large and very clean. Breakfast was also great. " (107468352)

  Amazing location, near the San Marco Square and touristy areas but not too close. Staff was very helpful - great english and willing to provide any help. Very substantial breakfast, clean and quite rooms, TV, etc

  Excellent staff, great location.

  Tiny room with even tinier shower. Loud courtyard outside the room at all hours.

  The location was excellent, in a quiet side street near St Mark's Square

  There was no hot water one morning.

  "generally, for a 2-star B+B in the centre of Venice, it was very good! the room was small, though well laid out and clean. The buffet breakfast was very good and just kept coming! I have a couple of little niggles though. the room had a little safe in the wardrobe, but this was not actually screwed down!! a thief wouldnt need to open the safe but merely walk off with it. the shower hose was leaking and broken at the head end but still gave good flow. I would have liked a small fridge in the room for drinks. coffee making facilities would have been nice. overall, i would recommend this hotel if my minor problems were adequately resolved."   The staff were superb and very helpful! The near-central location was very good for the price.

  3 flights of stairs! one bad-steer to a less than superb restaurant.
