  "Fantastic. As a single female travelling with my teenage son to see the MotoGP, the staff helped every way they could to get train/bus timetables/information of any sort. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and everywhere was immaculately clean. We were given bottles of water when we checked out, for our journey, and my 14 year old son recived a gift of an electronic travel game, as a thank you from the hotel. Couldn't recomend this hotel highly enough." (108351870)

  Clean, modern and amazingly helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make our weekend a success.

  Hotel looks slightly drab from he outside but is light, bright and modern on the inside - pleasantly suprised.

  Excellent contemporary hotel with great staff and near to many restaurants.

  "I would certainly choose this hotel again. It is very near to the train station and the staff and the rest of the people who work at the hotel are very friendly." (97657739)

  The performance of the staff was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Also they spoke good English.

  "nice small centrally located hotel with helpful staff" (97158854)

  The location and style, good double glazing as on main road

  Rooms were very small but nice,would liked to have had drink in bar but no staff or guests ever in there so no atmosphere. no iron available in the hotel to use at all. Disappointed the room rate was lowered from when I intialled booked. Air con not work continually through night
