  "Had it not been for the problem with the aircon we would have been very happy" (108072799)

  The overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel was escellent. The breakfasr was good and the hotel was impressive. When eventualy someone did take notice of my complaint we were moved but had already wasted 24hrs

  ON check in our room was too hot. That evening we asked reception to turn up the aircon as the room was excessively hot. (she did not mention and we did not know she was able to check the temp of the room from reception) had she done so she would have confirmed it was 28 degrees and the aircon was broken. In stead we had a sleepless night in a very hot rooom. This was resolved the following morning, but the actions of the receptionist thenight before left a lot to be desired.

  Fantastic facilities and really great to have Air con in the room - made for such an enjoyable experience. Pool lovely and use of table tennis, billiards, gym and internet.
