  "perfect for a pit-stop straight off the plane and late at night." (97474774)

  10 p.m. arrival, after a long journey - but the hotel rustled us up a cold collation even though the kitchen had closed. Very firedly, cheerful folk and hotel well organised and spotless.

  None except the location (in an industrial estate) - and even then it was well signposted so we had no trouble finding it in the dark

  "Didn't realise this hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate; didn't matter particularly re the accommodation facilities, but hardly the right start to a holiday in Puglia!" (97294566)

  Liked having access to English speaking TV channels

  Really difficult to find the hotel

  "One of the staff spoke very good english which was great. The staff were very nice.It wasnt a problem for us, but we got the impression it was nearer the town, there is nowhere other than the hotel to eat without getting in the car and going into town. The breakfast was basic (but also cheap). Italian breakfast is normally croissants and cakes with coffee and fruit juices, there was only coffee, orange and croissants." (99175724)

  It had cooking facilities in the room.

  The beds were hard.

  "Budget hotel without any important flaws or major positives. Efficient manager had fantastic language skills. Clean and hospitable." (99804451)
