    bonne organistion aussi bien dans les chambres que pour les petit déjeumer

    We thought it was an excellent hotel with good staff and a good value for money restaurant. The staff were very helpful and certainly their English was miles better than my Italian....

    Although the instructions were good for gettng from the airport - it is very difficult to find it in the dark! The public areas were too large and plain - but we can understand why this is so! It would have been good to know that the cafe next door was offering free "canapes" with drinks in the evening - it would have been more cheerful than the bar in the hotel lobby!

    Clean, efficient

    Breakfast finished early. Got there 20 mins before breakfast officially over, very little food left, and what there was, the waiters were already clearing away.

    location to airport

    1.The bathroom plug didnot have a lever to easily work it and the receptionist didnot speak enough english to have it fully explained. 2.The shuttle bus didnot arrive at the airport as I was told it would to take me to the hotel.

    Staff were excellent and very helpful

    Very little else in close proximity to Hotel. Very expensive for taxis. Not a great choice at the restaurant and cafe was closed, meaning eating was difficult

    "In general, perfect hotel to use for closeness to airport and Pisa itself. Free shuttle bus to/ from airport, which also takes you free of charge to the centre of Pisa. Very clean hotel." (97343787)

    Clean, quiet, lovely room, good sized bathroom.

    No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Restaurant in the hotel is lovely but expensive, - no cheap 'snack' option.

    Good standard international hotel

    Location good for airport but difficult to get into Pisa for evening - shuttle bus doesn't run and taxi unavailable - Pisa were playing at home!

    the room was fantastic!

    We had to wait 2.5 hours for a room we were told would be ready in 40 minutes.

    Excellent modern hotel with superb facilities. Air conditioning made sleeping silent and comfortable despite the proximity of the motorway.

    We would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There were no glasses in the room, for drinking water etc.

    Very good value for money. Very helpful staff and closeness to train station.

    There was a bad smell in the foyer which all the party we were with mentioned

    "I would have liked to have known that the Hotel was in the middle of an industrial area, where industrial noise woke us at 7.30am each day, also just how difficult it would be to hire a car, normally we organise a car on line, but we were confused by different airport names in and around Pisa, so decided to wait until we arrived, alas! we were unable to rent a car! but we expected such a busy road to have a good public service and found no buses or trains stop anywhere near the Hotel, so it was an extremely expensive 4 days and long waits for a very poor taxi service. fortunately we had no ties or time to keep, had we been there on business it would have proved much more frustrating. I suggest you ask the local council to supply a bus stop for the Hotel. In all we felt marooned!" (99748033)
