  "As the hotel was booked several days in advance we feel that the room should have been ready for us. As it is so cold in that part of Italy at this time of year the heating should have been on and the beds should have been aired. We should also have been able to gain easy access to the hotel. However, the staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Hopefully, next time it will be warmer!" (99264236)

  Room was nice, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent

  Gates were locked when we arrived and had to ring up to gain entry, room was very, very cold and member of staff who checked us in did not know how to turn on the heating. We went out to dinner, returned nearly two hours later and the heating had only just been turned on. This ruined our stay at a lovely hotel as it was very uncomfortable and we had no option but to sleep in our clothes!
