    We found the hotel to be everything that we could wish for. The staff were friendly and the room was clean & comfortable.

    Nice and clean hotel with good internal parking facility and very close to one of the entrances to the archeological site of Pompei.

    The shower curtain was a bit used.

    "Friendly staff and a good location near the action, about a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The room was huge by European standards (we had a quad for two adults, two children plus an infant). It was actually bigger than standard North American room. Excellent value for money." (99350152)

    Easy to find and in a good location.

    Unfortunately their wireless internet was not working. However, I think this was a service provider problem and not the hotel itself.

    "When we arrived, we were shattered after an 'eventful' trip from Rome. A welcome in English and an elevator took us to our lovely airy room and a reviving shower in a good sized bathroom. The family are friendly and happy, setting the relaxed atmosphere. When I appeared at the door one night with 2 dripping ice creams, the lady who let me in came armed with plates and napkins. We had a little crisis - that felt pretty big at the time. Mamma calmed me down with a huge cup of Camomile Tea and helped us find the solution. They were multo gentile! You only know if a hotel does customer service when all your plans fall apart. Hotel Iside does a wonderful version of customer service. We will be staying there again." (99456639)

    It was five minutes from one entry of the ruins and 10-15 from the other entry, great food and both train stations. The welcome was warm, our twin room was comfortably cool and breakfast, different each morning.

    The accommodation was great but if you get off the train tired, take a taxi! Pompei's cobbles are no fun with a heavy trolly bag. Villa dei Mysteri is the easiest station. Print a map from Google etc.

    The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and bright. I have already recommended this Hotel to my manager to stay, and others.

    There was nothing about the hotel I disliked. One comment: a sign at the start of via Minute would save you walking the whole block.

    Location of hotel. Friendliness of staff. Reasonable romm size for bedroom and bathroom. Effective heating/air conditioning.

    Lack of bath in bathroom.
