  Good location.

  Minimal amenities. Hotel should not be rated three stars, more like two.

  "Overall - satisfied would be my view. Would not stay there again as I would shop around for better value if it exists" (107871351)

  Location was first class close to most places of interest Room was quite large,clean and could have slept 4 (their were 2 extra beds in the room) Room was on 4th floor,we had a balcony - a bit small but you could sit outside and people watch if you wanted. Breakfast was served in our room on time we specified to the minute - what was given (continental) was ok.but there was no table we sat at one of the spare beds. Toilet and shower - were fine, shower was just large enough and there was plenty of hot water. TV - worked, but see bad points. Hotel staff were pleasant and spoke reasonable English (my Italian is non existant). Linen and towels were changed daily and were spotlessly clean

  My wife and I would have preferred double bed but only had twin The hot water served at breakfast was not very hot and when tea was made it was only luke warm. Bathroom light over the mirror did not work so it was a bit dark but not bad enough that I wanted it sorted out. TV was a bit small for the room and could have been a bit larger, or volume was set a little too low for me for such a large room, reception was poor on lot of the channels (but then I was not there to watch TV) Wardrobe was a bit on the wonkey side but was useable. Towels were very thin and could be mistaken for 'sheets' The lift was tiny and twice did not work due to what I think to be the door not being closed on another floor therefore making it "occupied" The stairwell could have done with a clean and a lick of paint Expensive for what I got - but then Rome was expensive in my view, and I did not feel we had value for money in the city as a whole

  "nel complesso buona impressione, dovuta soprattutto alla posizione, in una zona centrale ma molto tranquilla, e alla cortesia del personale l'albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e la nuova gestione sta facendo grandi sforzi per migliorare il livello della precedente struttura sotto tutti i punti di vista" (107302329)

  l'ottima posizione, la maggior parte dei punti di maggiore interesse del centro di Roma sono raggiungibili a piedi il personale molto disponibile e cortese la colazione buona e abbondante anche se non molto comoda

  qualche problema e disguido iniziale rispetto alla prenotazione che avevamo effettuato l'assenza di una saletta apposita che costringe a poco comoda colazione in camera l'ascensore microscopico, ma a Roma sono quasi tutti così
