    Very clean, good air conditioning, very close to the Tower of Pisa

    "We are a family with 2 older teenagers and need space and two bathrooms! Our interconnecting rooms were a reasonably large, well appointed and clean. The airconditioning worked efficiently and I appreciated the electric external roller shutter on the window which kept out the early morning light. Both breakfast (included) and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good. Free parking is available on site. It is not undercover or secure, but there is a boomgate on entry/exit so there is some level of security. Some reviews mentioned the overpass in the street in front of the hotel so I was expecting some huge structure when in fact it is an underpass that has no impact on the hotel at all." (107883661)

    Bar area was nice, with free snacks in the afternoon.

    Bed was way too hard!! One of the front desk staff members was not very friendly.

    Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, très belle chambre, très bon service, repas parfait au plan qualité/prix. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner!

    Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre et nous n'avons pas pu baisser le thermostat

    "Excellent hotel in a good location with walking distance to major attractions. Also, they have a free car park, so if you have hired a car, you can leave it there and walk in to the centre. " (107193026)

    Excellent customer service. The printer was broken in the business area, so they checked us in online and printed out boarding passes at reception free of charge. Friendly service and very knowledgable staff. Good hearty breakfast.

    Lovely clean and tidy hotel, close to airport and train station but you do need to get taxis to these but is only around 7eur each way. All staff fluent in english which helped. Restaurant food was fantastic.

    If you are a light sleeper you will hear the trains going through every 20mins nearby, as we didn't have the windows open it wasn't that noticeable but in the warmer months it may be a problem

    "vorher sollte man wissen, zu welcher Seite das Zimmer liegt (Strasse = Laerm!) Genauere Beschreibung des Fruehstueckangebotes (continental, english, buffet etc.)" (99003652)

    Zimmer zur Strassenseite hin: Fenster sehr schlecht abgedichtet, Verkehrslaerm sehr nervtoetend. An erholsamen Schlaf ist ab morgens 6.00h nicht mehr zu denken. Tueren allgemein schlecht abgedichtet, jedes Spaet-zu-bett-gehen oder extrem-frueh-aufstehen wurde bemerkt und riss einen aus dem schlaf. Ebenso die Arbeit der Putzfrau: klang so, als wuerde sie gleich neben dem bett staubsaugen...
