  "we realized when we booked things were going to be very quiet so we wasnt dissapointed when we got there.we had hired a car and as we had already been to tropea in the summertime we visited places we'd missed then.so all in all every thing went well!" (97063688)

  we liked the layout'people running it were very kind'we realised they were degorating so this wasnt a problem we had a loverly weekend break!

  the room was a loverly size and we had a loverly view great and we loved the staff.

  "This accommodation suits my purpose when visiting the area.I have stayed there on five separate occasions all of which were out of season i.e.between October and May when there were few,if any,other residents.This being the case I consider the owners/staff as friends. It is always clean,the breakfasts adequate and if there are any problems they are quickly sorted. I cannot comment on how the hotel operates 'in season'." (97358767)

  "The location of the hotel was good for touring the area, though we did not really know this at the time. It is just a short walk to the beach. It is not too big and impersonal and it is clean. Would like the opportunity to have fruit or fruit juice for breakfast." (99047466)

  First and foremost it is open when most hotels in the area are not. The staff are very friendly and helpful - indeed the manager/owner contacted a friend of his to help us find property in Calabria. This was way beyond the service one can expect. The accommodation also has some individual character - with its parrots etc. We were made to feel most welcome. We are happy with the hotel and are going again in May for one week.

  Swimming pool not yet ready for use on our last visit, but we realise the season has not yet started.
