  personnel sympathique et accueillant chambre propre ,choix de petit dejeuner belle terrasse sur le toit

  salle de petit déjeuner trop petite (certains couples ont du attendre dehors que des tables ce liberent bruit exterieur (bus voiture) a partir de 6h le matin

  "Enjoyed stay" (107149950)

  Great position to see all of the sights.Easy to find from the railway station.Modern and comfortable room with a balcony..Nice buffet breakfast on the rooftop with a lovely view of Florence.

  Water in bath did not drain away whilst having a shower.Drainage system needs to be looked at.

  "we had a great time and loved the hotel, overall an excellent few days break." (108076552)

  we thought the location and spec of the hotel was fantastic,the rooms were excellent value for money and we would certainly recommend the hotel to family and friends. Having stayed in various hotels across europe and america I would certainly say this is the nicest hotel room I have stayed in to date and would have no hesitation in staying here again should we visit Florence again in the future.

  the prices of drinks in the hotel bar were on the pricey side but were on a par with the local bars etc. If the prices would have been more resonable in the hotel bar we would have used it much more than we did. I have to say the breakfast terrace and bar terrace were excellent and it was a pleasure to take in the views whilst sipping a beer in the late afternoon even though the cost of the beer did put a slight dampener on it.
