I would like to congratulate Mrs Aprile Albre at the reception, for her proffesionalism. She was very helpful and very polite helping us out from the moment f our arrival
The Air Condition i room 220 was not working properly and the temperature of the water in the shower was not stable, going from hot to cold in just a few seconds. The worse of all was that we have asked a change of one of our rooms from double to triple, and we got charged for it (almost on the standard cost) but for the 2 first days we had no service for the 3rd person! (towels, pillars, bed sheets water glasses etc), and the 3rd bed was just a chair which was opened and became a bed.
