The hotel sits between two of the most expensive hotels in Ravello, but not only is it a fraction of the price it's a wonderful, friendly family run hotel. The staff really couldn't do enough for us (and even upgraded us to a better room). Although we had booked half board we hadn't intended to eat in the hotel, however, the quality of the service we had received (and the incredible views from the terrace) persuaded us to eat their. The food was excellent and we ended up eating there every night of our stay. If you go to Ravello, this is the only place to stay!

Our entire stay in the Hotel Parsifal was superb, with great service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, quite and had a great view. Food was excellent, we had dinner there on the 2 nights we stayed.

Hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly and spoke perfect english. View from bedroom was perfect - we asked for a sea view and we certainly got it.
Room was very dissapointing. Fittings very basic. Bathroom not up to standard - bath plug did not fit, no shower which we thought would have been a necessity in such temperatures. Towels although changed daily were old and a bit worn. Had to go down stairs to room - stairway had damp smell. Desperately in need of updating. Breakfast was very basic.

We arrived tired and hot after our journey and reception did everything they could to help when we arrived. We had room 20 it was charming clean, well ventilated and has a wonderful view. We decided to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea rather than in the village and had a very nice meal at a reasonable price. This hotel gets full marks for character and hospitality; it is a very good 3 star hotel.

Friendly and attentive Staff. The hotel is simple but with great seetings. The gardens and the views are exceptional. Facilities were very clean. Parking was simple and the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was average.

This hotel was excellent. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated, and it was clean and beautiful. The hotel was in a great location. We wish we had stayed longer!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A family run hotel and everyone was very helpful.
The bed in our room was terrible - VERY uncomfortable and seemed that it hasn't been updated in many, many years. The bathroom design was horrible. A bidet in the middle of the bathroom and no counter space. Additionally, the towels were terribly rough and there was no shower so we had to take baths. There was a handheld shower head but no shower curtain to keep the water inside. It was quite uncomfortable bathing.

Truly a wonderful hotel with breathtaking views from our room of the coast and town. A short walk to town and the villas nearby completed our stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. We ate a delicous dinner at the hotel as well.
The only slight negative was the hand held shower in the bathroom which worked well but a little cumbersome to use.

"perfect location-great owner who is very hands on (with family members) to make sure there are no problems at all. This hotel is only going to get better as the owner understands what it takes to make a hotel great!!! We stayed in the renovated portion of the hotel (a bit more expensive but we felt it was worth it) & actually if we would have had to stay in the other portion of the hotel we would have as the view & staff made it perfect...only wish we had a few more days to stay there." Owner was great-room/views perfect-dinner in hotel was very good. We decided that we wanted to tour Ravello during the day & eat in town & then eat at the restaurant in the evening so we would not have to run all around at night & it worked perfectly.He made internet available in the lobby & there is satellite TV in the rooms.
