  El plano que facilita el hotel del punto de recepción debe mejorarse. Debería indicar la dirección.

  "I have stayed in a few hotels in venice and they are always overly expensive with small rooms...however, this room was more like the size of a typical bathroom - our luggae wouldnt even fit in it properly. The location is fantastic, but the stay in the hotel was not enjoyable as there is constant noise - you may as well be sleeping in a dorm. if you are a heavy sleeper who has no luggae, the hotel would be great....otherwise, i am not convinced."   It's central location.

  The ridiculously tiny room and unbelievable amount of noise to be heard throughout the hotel during the night - have they not heard of sound insulation?

  "The thing I liked least about the hotel was the lack of reception, which made it seem rather unwelcoming. This was not the fault of the staff, who were very helpful. I was also disappointed that the room was rather plain - I would have liked a more venetian feel. The room was clean, however, and the hotel very well located. For the amount I paid, I think we could probably have got a nicer hotel." (97609838)

  Central position. Clean and quiet room.

  Lack of proper reception or lobby facility = rather unwelcoming entrance to hotel. Very small, rather bare room.
