  "We were travelling with another couple and all enjoyed our 4-day visit. The hotel staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the restaurant was very good value." (97801525)

  Warm, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location.

  Poor water pressure of shower.

  "The booking site was helpful I found the location map useful. The hotel is situated close to the Market square but in a position that was quiet with little traffic or pedestrian noise. Restaurants and places of interest were close at hand. The hotel restaurant (although we were the only customers on our first night) was clean and tidy the food was varied and enjoyable. The closenesss of the transport interchange was a bonus and the staff were helpful in arranging a siteseeing trip" (97305912)

  Obviously not a busy time of year (February in Poland) so we were upgraded to a suite which was superb with plenty of room and good facilities.

  The building is a bit dated however it did have character and charm

  "the website for this hotel is absolutely accurate. no hidden frights." (99461081)

  especially impressed with staff and service. perfect location. breakfast was excellent

  only minor complaints,dated decor, needed thicker curtains, matresses very very soft and low. none of these spoiled our stay.

  "Overall we were extremely pleased with the Elektor Hotel and would definitely consider staying there again if we were to visit Krakow in the future." (99627083)

  Excellent location near the main city square. Friendly and accommodating staff. The room and public areas were kept very clean amd tidy.

  The street on which the hotel is situated was busy with revelers until well past midnight each night. This did not create a security issue as much as a noise issue when one had the windows open for ventilation in the summer heat.

  "Crakow was a Great place. The Polish people were generally very approachable. Lively 7 days a week, if you went on a mid week break to save money it would still be worth a visit. Two large beers averaged at about 15PLN (" (82211299)

  Friendly Staff, good english speaking and knowledgable about where to go. If they didn't know they found out for us.
