  "easy to access from station, and to place to go like old town and other for sightseeing. we had many good points and feeling about our stay here." (107425777)

  All staffs are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is also good; many variations and choice, of course good taste.

  not a bad point,,, we can not access to the Internet with only one compter on reception. so sometimes it would be crowded.

  Ecxellent petit déjeuner, possibilité de lire ses messages sur internet sans payer et de façon illimitée.Prêt à rendre service.

  Accueil un peu froid au début. Parking un peu cher.

  "Grand old building whose glory has faded somewhat.Could do with a general overhaul. Nevertheless the rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and bathrooms are modern and clean" (107784056)

  Excellent location close to main railway station and Market Square.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast good with wide selection of food.Good value for money.

  Nothing specific but overall hotel needs sprucing up. Bedroom furniture in need of replacement.

  "soggiorno positivo, torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel, scartando a priori la camera 63, salvo sostituzione del letto. Non abbiamo protestato in quanto molto adattabili....abbiamo vissuto situazioni ben peggiori negli anni passati......" (107593900)

  "L'albergo, come pure la stessa Kracovia, sono silenziosi, non parlano italiano, non accettano euro ( le prime difficoltà le hai fin dal treno che ti porta in città dall'aereoporto visto che anche quello si paga in PLN ); preferire i ristoranti affollati del centro.3 o 4 tipi di pierogi ( ravioli ) vanno assagiati La città si gira piacevolmente a piedi; un soggiorno di 3 notti 4 giorni é ben riempito."   PET/posizione ottima: 200m dalla stazione, dal maggiore centro commerciale, dalla piazza da cui partono le gite e dal Barbacane da cui inizia ogni itinerario turistico dentro la città;

  le camere dovrebbero essere curate meglio; manca frigo in camera; la colazione é ricca di piatti salati e insufficiente di piatti dolci.

  Period charm, friendly staff, good value restaurant ( try the beetroot soup with cream and potatoes ) central location, view of city from window.

  often a queue at reception when you only want to get your roomkey. hot water was not always available in the evening

  "I think I have covered everything elsewhere." (97977720)

  The value for money was excellent and met our needs exactly. It's position within the centre of Krakow could not be faulted. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

  Nothing of any note. We were even allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out which allowed us to make the most of our last day. Hotel is a little dated(although the bathrooms had all been modernly refurbished) but was warm, clean and comfortable.
