  "If we recommend this hotel to others in the future, we may warn them of the lack of identification from the outside of the building. We found the hotel only because of spotting the number of the address from outside. The location of the hotel was AWESOME! The metro stop was pretty much right outside of the hotel. It was also in walking distance of Roma Termini. All in all, this was a great value and we were overwhelmed with the AWESOME customer service. They even bring you a simple breakfast (hot drink, several choices of different pastries, and juice) to your room...ALL INCLUDED!!" (107803127)

  A gentleman, Ali (don't know the surname) welcomed us when we first arrived and gave us great information, great directions, great food recommendations and MORE! The staff was amazingly helpful and spoke English very well. Having air conditioning in the rooms was pretty outstanding as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

  It was a little difficult to locate the hotel at first because there was no "hotel" sign posted on the building, but it's easily found if you look for the number on the building.

  "excellent for for sight seeing and the area was very reasonable for eating out and drinking in the evening" (97328577)

  overall the hotel was central for sight seeing friendly and clean

  a bit noisy during the night but that was not actually the hotel it was because it was in the middle of a residential block

  "Overall very good & great value for money for the centre of Rome." (97017004)

  Excellent Value for money, clean hotel & helpful staff. Close to the Colosseum & metro station giving easy access to all of Rome.

  Noisy street but we expected this so took earplugs to solve the problem

  "A real shame that the cleanliness was so poor.. A small hotel like this has no excuse. It could be a good solution if only it was kept immaculatly clean." (97802038)

  Refurbished. Central. Reasonable price.

  Bathrooms were unneccessarily dirty. We cleaned them ourselves.
