  "thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and the hotel location was perfect for us" (107908575)

  Room was good..very close to the train,bus & metro stations..easy to find from map..

  breakfast was buffet style with a machine which was "supposed" to give you "hot" drinks or water for tea but everyone had to go and ask at reception for hot water from the espresso machine which was located behind the counter as all of the drinks were lukewarm.only one salt cellar for the whole room. No cold milk was left for cereals,both mornings we had to ask at reception again for milk & were given a small jug for the whole room. The plates were plastic and very small so everyone had to get 2 otherwise we would have been cutting buns on the table. we originally booked a superior triple room which was 300euros but when we arrived were asked if we'd rather have a double just for us,when we said yes & asked the price we were told it was still 300euros however when we went to pay the next day it was a different receptionist so we challenged the price & was told it was only 200euros?

  "We wouldn't book here again.The staff are very unfriendly. we emailed directly to the hotel to notify them of our late arrival, and recieved a really disconcerting reply offering us "a discount" price more than our booking confirmation. We attempted to clarify this twice and in the end gave up." (107795609)

  Adequate room,adequate hotel okay location

  Over the last five years we have booked our accomodation thru Active Hotels approx 35 different hotels, this is the only place we wouldn't go back to. In lots of ways its more like a back packers...the breakfast was appalling..we didn't bother with it after the first morning.. there a hundreds of hotels in the area..you can do better than this one.

  "Very friendly reception staff. Immaculately clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast. We had an evening meal at the Restuarant across the road from this Hotel. The tables on the pavement really gave the area a relaxed atmosphere. Dina Hotel website is www.hoteldina.it - but I would absolutely always book with Active Hotels (or hotels.com) to get the best price and peace of mind. That fact that you can cancel your booking only 48hrs before arrival with no charge (or quibble) is amazing. Can't recommend Active Hotels booking service enough - Fantastic!" (97107259)

  Lovely Air-conditioned room. Comfy double bed. Very Modern bathroom, with quality white towels. TV had BBC world news.

  No bad points at all. Would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

  "Great location, only 250 metres from Rome's main Train/Metro station (Roma Temini). Friendly & helpful staff (they booked a 7am taxi for my family that took us to Ciampino Airport for just 30 Euros). The Hotel clearly put alot of effort into the continental breakfast. Most importantly, the Hotel rooms were very clean. Superb value for money." (97717772)
