In these days it would be really nice getting in-room wireless internet access. Even in the most remote hotels in Norway, Denmark, Brasil and Alaska I had wireless internet in my room, so why not on the Adria coast? Nevertheless looking forward staying with you again.

"Absolutely disppointed at the experience of the evening meal - otherwise fine 1 Portions of secondi were a joke - I mean really small and 1 leaf of lettuce 2 Charged for desserts and not offered the desserts on set menu 3 Absolutely dangerous presentation of seafood to a person with an allergy - this can kill such a person - please see to this if nothing else" (107834305)

The hotel was excellent in all aspects except the points I make below which really did spoil our stay at this otherwise excellent hotel. Is the catering in this hotel contracted out? If so change the contractor or if the hotel staff are responsible then sack them.

We booked a table for five and opted for a set menu plus wine. Three courses were on this set menu primi - seafood and rocket pasta - it was ok secondi - turbot and potato dessert - something I did not understand. The primi was ok except for the fact that one of our group has a seafood allergy and requested a primi without seafood. All the staff did was pick out the seafood from the dish and sent it out as seafood free. In fact they had not even removed all the seafood and in any case even if they had then it would still give an allergic reaction from the juices. Now to the secondi- 1 leaf of lettuce with three thin - very thin - like potato crisp thin - pieces of fried potato covering a very - very -very small sliver of fish. The secondi food tasted fine but the quantity was tiny. We then had dessert and it was fine - chocolate mousse for two and icecream for the other. It was fine but when we came to pay we discovered that this was not the dessert on the set menu.We had not been offered the desserts on the set menu and thought we had been given them The wine cost 16 euro a bottle for some plonk.

"An acceptable 3 star hotel, good service, when in season I would imagine the hotel could have a nice ambience and atmosphere." (107122917)

The service at the hotel was very good - as were the staff at the beach bar. English was not widely spoken but with a little sign language and patience (from the staff) we were able to ask for most things

The resort was closing down for the end of the season (6th September) which was miss leading when Active Hotels told us that there were only 2 rooms left in the hotel! Whilst tennis courts were advertised the hotel did not have any racquets to hire which seemed rather limiting I would imagine for most guests holidaying from outside Italy
