  The position of the flat (because this is not a hotel!!) was very central, actually at the heart of the old town, couple of minutes from the marina, close to many bars and restaurants.

  - The bulding where our flat was definitely needed renivation, the stairs already smelled rosty - The flat itself was dark and cold, the sun hardly got in - The manager of the flat told us that the blankets were below the bed, when time came up to go to bed, we discovered a small blanket (probably for a kid!!) for both of us. There were also couple of other blankets but they were ridiculously small and light (we presumed for pets!!) - For breakfast, there was no more tea. Worse: there were small bugs (insects!) in the tea box - The grill machine for bread was disgusting: it was not cleaned since it was bought supposedly - The boiler for hot water was heating just enough water to quickly soap the body and wash, not enough to wash hair for instance (otherwise it gets cold very quickly). Besides, there is only enough hot water for one person. The other one needs to wait for a couple of hours until the water is warm once more. - The heating system (we were there in December!) was not working properly. One could see a long pipe coming from the heating maching to an emply box where the water gathers and one needs to empty it progressively. I suppose the same would have happened in the summer, using AC. - The decoration was awful and depressing (2 huge pictures of a dog and a cat welcoming you in the living-room)
