    It was a very nice hotel, very well situated near Alhambra. There were excelent transportations to Albaicin every 15 minutes. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Granada.

    desk staff excellent. Polite, charming and helpful Room large and comfortable Bathroom large, well equiped and clean Good bar area for drinks and bar snacks

    The breakfast staff were sullen and off hand. The cafe downstairs did not open until 12 so we could not get coffee at 11.30am. I would have liked a continental breakfast for 5 euro as I only had a roll and cheese and it costs nearly 10 euro

    "again, we loved the ambience and friendly staff. if the air conditioning would have been working nproperly it would have been superb." (108082719)

    we loved the room and the terrace. we also thought the shower pressure was excellent as well as the bidet. the towels and refrigerator were nice touches too.

    the only complaint we have is the poor quality of the air conditioning.
