    "Very good. I actually checked my reservation form to see if I had mistakenly booked a more expensive hotel than I thought I had. I thoroughly recommend this hotel." (107870238)

    Room was very well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel punches above its weight as a 3*, with garage facilities, laundry, food ordering and so on. It's very well situated for the centre of Bilbao, and the room I had commanded great views out over the city and surrounding hills.

    Very minor - some bits could do with a lick of paint.

    Great location, close to San Mames metro station, tram stop (and the bus station if heading to another city), easy walk to the centre of Bilbao for the museums and close to the river, park and shopping. Quiet hotel, safe area, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Very polite & helpful staff. Excellent room, clean, proper double bed, well equipped and large bathroom.

    pleasant room but quite small for 'executive'. Good location for gardens and city.

    I liked the fact that you had a family room that could accomodate 4 people. This was very rare in Portugal and Spain.

    There was no restaurant open for dinner at night. Breakfast finished at 10:30am- too early.

    "The family suite had very large rooms with large comfortable beds and was very tastefully decorated throughout. Very clean and nice. Garage entry needs a barrier when full, otherwise if you enter and it is full, you have to reverse up very steep ramp to get back out!" (99208788)
