  "El hotel esta muy bien situado y acondicionado. Muy limpio cosa que miro mucho. El aparcamiento era bueno, las habitaciones y las instalaciones buenas. Lo unico lo del desayuno, yo lei que valia 4.95€ por persona, y fueron 12€ . Y es abusivo ese precio. Tambien el mini bar creo q deberia ser gratis ( aunque tuviesen que quitar el alcohol).Le falta una zona de jardin para poder tomar algo tranquilamente al sol( como el de Cordoba )" (97752326)

  "Good view, and double glazing appeared to cut out most of the traffic noise. About 20 mins drive away from Barcelona centre, which was fine for us with a car. Local environment unexciting. Excellent service in the restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast). Excellent bathroom facilities (apart from the extractor fan being sealed shut, which was a MAJOR negative issue. Just as bad was the hotel's inability to deal with the problem saying there was no one available to attend to the problem). In the end I said I wanted another room just to use the bathroom, a request they agreed to. This second room also had its bathroom sealed shut! In the end I managed to unseal the vent (it had been screwed shut very tightly), and the extractor was able to do its job. Overall a pleasant stay." (97178650)

  Good bed, quiet room, attractive restaurant. Lots of variety for buffet breakfast. Staff attentive and really pleasant in restaurant.

  Ventillation in bathroom not working. Told reception, who said it would be attended to by the time we returned at night. When we returned, it had not been attended to. I queried it with the receptionist (different person), who said that because it was 1 Jan there was no maintenance person to attend to it. Also, there was no tea/coffee available on our floor, even though there was an inviting sign in the corridor to help yourself to free tea and coffee. Again, when I queried it the response was that because it was a New Year's Day holiday, no one was available. This is an unacceptable response, and shows the hotel's inability to provide an adequate service in this area. Perhaps they should reduce their prices if they can't support their advertised services.
