    clean well presented hotal

    swimming pool closed and we were not advised. initial poor reaction to our complaint about closure- told nothing they could do. i told them we should of been advise as the leisure facitites were a deciding reason in our choice

    Excellent location 400 yards from Catalunya square. Asked for and were given first floor room. Hotel modern, well-appointed without being too grand. Breakfast excellent. Dinner also (and very good value for money). Reception staff and restaurant staff pleasant, attentive and obliging.

    Minor points. Lack of drawer space. Room sound-proofing could be improved (some noise from school at the rear and also some water flow sounds from other rooms).

    The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely especially with the different lights changing the colour of the water.

    No coffee making facilities in room.

    Very friendly helpful staff, central location. Cool, clean room and excellent housekeeping services.

    Didn't bother with breakfast as very expensive (15 euros) and we would only have wanted fruit juice/yoghurt/ toast/ coffee but there were plenty of small cafes within 10-15 minutes walk, so it was no problem.

    Comfortable hotel, good location

    Had to move hotels due to ours being full. Dealt with well though.

    Excellent facilities close to City Centre. Breakfast buffet to suit just about anyone with lots of fresh fruit and Spanish cold cuts.

    The surprising omission was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

    The hotel is close to all. Very friendly staff!
