    Road noise EXTREMELY BAD SOUND INSULATION BETWEEN ROOMS, QUITE DREADFUL TO BE TRUTHFUL, NOT EXPECTED IN A BUILDING THIS AGE AND CONSTRUCTION

    Very convenient for Girona airport in a very pleasant environment.

    Lack of a bar/bistro.

    "The hotel was easily located and the check in was straight forward. the hilight of our stay was a splendid meal in the hotel restraunt. the srvice was first class and the food excellent. I would reccomend this hotel to my friends" (97758362)

    good size rom with plenty of room to move around

    Bed made noises when you moved and the hot water system was not always adequate

    "It's a very nice hotel, comfortable with excellent food and relaxed staff in the restaurant.There was a misunderstanding about getting something to eat before 07.00, but apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay." (99479452)

    "The overall stay was very good, only drawbacks were that the room was very small and at one point when asked how many of us were in for breakfast on Sunday morning we were told we were sat at the wrong table. This wouldn't have been a problem if you were allocated a specific table and there were other diners in the room, as it was, there was not one other diner in the room, which is capable of holding around 50 people comfortably and you can sit where ever you want. I did think this remark was typical of some ( not all ) of the male staff." (99238518)

    Nice location, general decor of the hotel was good, reasonable rates.

    It was clean and the room was comfortable.

    We were unable to get an evening meal on arrival and the general service was pretty poor. When we asked for coffee, it was begrudgingly served. If a kettle had been provided in the room, we would have been able to serve ourselves! No hairdryer was available in the room either. There was no bar available or a comfortable area to relax. The general air was of 'irritation'.
