  pas de place pour décharger sa voiture, certains éléments de confort (radiateurs par exemple, robinets) manquant d'entretien

  Good location; good price due to bad marketing using activehotels.com commercial services; Hotel cleanness

  Very noisy; High level sound propagation from one room to the others, doesn’t allow privacy neither a quit environment around. Acceptance of booking to an inexistent service (room for 4 people impossible at this hotel, published at activehotels.com commercial page). Cancellation of this booking without announcing it to the customer (myself) created some confusion at the check in process, solved with professionalism but without sympathy by the staff.
