    "Overall it was a good stay, expecially the location. My only complaint is all the noise. " (108538153)

    The hotel was in a very good location, and the staff was very helpful with directions and making sure we got everything we needed.

    The walls are very thin, we could hear everything, and I mean everything that went on; gentlemens conversations staying in the room next to us and a couple having sex in a room above us, another guest taking a shower, etc. In the mornings we were woken up by the sounds of the cleaning staff and other guests staying in the hotel. The day we arrived we were given a room facing the street, directly above construction which went on for some hours the first night.

    It is located in area surrounded by sex shops.Lots of noise from outside and people in the hotel (all night).Hard to get to via car, due to the road design and lay out in Bilboa. No where(obvious) to get something to eat in the area. No provison for family room/extra bed The light did not work in one room & the shower in another.

    "The stay at this hotel was pleasurable" (108065266)

    Staff at the hotel were helpfull and courtous although we didn't speake spanish. The hotel is close to downtown.It's very clean and relatively unexpensive.

    difficult to locate the hotel when coming by car and that you don't know the place. The cost for parking is maybe a little bit high: 14 euros per day.
