    tres compliqué d'acces,en voiture malgré un parking gratuit difficile d'acces!compensant le prix, un peu bruyant par la proximité de la rue et les canalisations , bref pas terrible

    Personnel tres acceuillant. Petit dejeuner tres bon.

    Premiere chambre au 2eme etage et sans fenetre, meme que j'ai demande rez de chaussez ou 1ere. Le lendemain nous sommes au 1ere avec balcon. Bravo!!!

    accueil - petit déjeuner correct effort de réduction de 10 euros pour non conforme à la réservation

    chambre très petite au dernier étage.pas de place pour les bagages .salle de bains avec fenêtre sans rideaux occultants. la réservation éffectuée 3 semaines avant l'arrivée d'une twin room s'est avérée être une chambre lit marital dans 5m2

    "Avrei preferito trovare maggiori informazioni su che cosa fare per raggiungere l'albergo dall'aeroporto, ovvero prezzo dell'autobus e a quale fermata scendere. Una dettagliata cartina con la posizione del B&B sarebbe stata di aiuto nella scelta dell'albergo." (97755912)

    "Both of the daytime staff were very nice & helpful. One of them told me that it would be no problem for them to call me a cab the next morning. We were leaving at 5:30 am, were 4 peple with luggage so we could not just go in any cab. The person that was working on the night shift would not call me a cab even when I gave them the numnber of the cab driver that brought us all from the airport. I was very distressed about this & felt this was nuts." (97666437)

    "Pleased with the position of hotel in relation to centre of city and all visitor attractions. Good value for money. Good choice of food for breakfast and self serve so easy when you have small children, as you can take as long as you like and have as little or as much as you need. Could have clearer instructions for finding hotel as we spent about half an hour in the vicinity without finding it, the police also didnt know the street. Room basic, but perfectly adequate."     Central to all important visitor attractions and shops. Breakfast was totally self serve so you could have as much or as little as you like, easier with small children.

    Had to walk up three flights of narrow stairs. quite difficult to find, instructions not good.

    Location is excellent, after u get accostum to reach the hotel street.

    Breakfast offer is really poor and bad....better take it out side the Hostal. San Roque Street is not easy to find walking and terrible arriving with car...
