  "I travel a lot on business, and all I ask for is a hotel with friendly staff that I can relax in, do my work, and get a good night's sleep -- doesn't have to be 4 or 5 star, just pleasant and functional. I'm afraid this hotel didn't meet any of those criteria, sorry to say. " (108532664)

  Very good online check-in, helped me change dates. Food okay.

  Lack of staff; those that were on duty were generally unfriendly and looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Room service handled by sole restaurant waitress, which resulted in lengthy waits. A series of power cuts over a 24hr period in the room. The toilet loose and wobbly. Used soap was removed and not replaced. Room cold; couldn't adjust the temperature. A very tired look and feel to the place.

  Close to the main BUS line, cheap garage parking, nice breakfast.

  "hotel was great...excellent location for me and as l visit barcelona a lot this will always be my first choice hotel, the price was excellent and is a major factor for me when chosing a hotel." (99878021)
