    "Superlokatie en accomadatie !!!" (107952301)

    Mooie kamers en sanitair ... Mooie patio. Goed opgeleid personeel.

    2 x kwamen de schoonmaksters te vroeg op de kamer ... met stamelende excuses. Er zijn nl geen tags met "Do not disturb" aanwezig !!!

    We were lucky to be offered one of the new self catering appartments which the hotel is now offering, which was lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and really our stay The hotel staff were freindly and hepfull and spoke excelent English

    Staff excellent. On arrival offered option of new apartment 5 minutes walk from Hotel as opposed to booked room for same price. Option taken up. New apartment was excellent.

    Trip switch in new apartment was a little sensitive but easy to reset.

    Nice hotel in a good part of Granada - easy to walk to the interesting places. the rooms are really nice and the court yard is great.

    comfortable beds, pleasant room, friendly staff, lovely courtyard

    there was a kettle it would have been nice if there was a few teabags and coffee sachets but this is not usual for Spain anyway! the main downside was that anyone who showered in the whole hotel seemed right next door - the plumbing was noisy and we hada group of young men above us keeping late hours - the noise just travelled through the floor and I dont think they were especially noisy

    "We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel clean and very attractive with the rooms surrounding the courtyard. The staff were always very polite and helpful. I wish I had been informed of the difficulty of parking as I assumed, having a disabled parking card, this would not be a great problem. However there were no disabled parking spaces that I could see in central Granada." (97004601)

    the hotel was very central enabling us to walk t6o all the destinations we wanted to visit.

    the almost impossibility to park, the hotel offered private parking but at 14 euros per day, which I considered expensive.

    "Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war behindertengerecht - wäre auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön, richtig andalusisch! Betten waren angenehm hart. Zimmer waren sauber - ein Mineralwasser kostenlos als Wilkommensgeschenk. Getränke möglich, nur beim Personal danach fragen (Preisliste im Zimmer) Ein Wasserkocher jeweils im Zimmer. Im Bad Föhn vorhanden; ebenso Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel, Haarnetz, Kamm Parkgarage vorhanden Euro 14.- pro Tag (wäre zu empfehlen, da Parkplätze sehr rar) Jeweils zehn Minuten zur Kathedrale und Punkthaltestelle (Bus 32 oder 30) zur Alhambra" (97449461)

    "This is a wonderful hotel - a true gem! A calm oasis! The rooms are wonderful - clean, warm (I stayed in February), plenty of hot water - I cannot fault it. Within a 10 minute walk there is an abundance of bars and cafes for breakfast. Although tucked away in a tiny backstreet I felt safe and comfortable (female travelling alone). Highly recomended! The pictures on the web site really do not do the hotel justice. Staff are helpful and speak English" (97736137)

    The hotel is close to the center. You can visit all monuments by walking. Except the Alhambra.

    Freundliches Personal- Gedigene Ausstattung. Fuer eine Stadt wie Granada sehrruhig- Wuerde es wieder buchen.

    Leider kein Fruehstuecksraum- Sehr schoene Cafeteria in der Naehe. Speiekarte in deutscher Sprache waere wuenschenswert.

    Excellent and friendly staff, very nice room and great bathroom. Wireless connection available although I only could connect at the lobby. The hotel was in a not very nice location but it was quiet and non-noisy and only 10 to 15 minutes walking distanced to most places you need visit in Granada.

    The standard of the room for a hotel in Granada was excellent - not many hotels there are as modern and good value for money - AND the staff spoke english.

    There was a lot of internal noise in the hotel - throughout the night there were sounds of what sounded like a tumble dryer, and in the morning there was a lot of noise from cleaners etc.

    "the staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful in organising things for us, such as bus routes, and booking horse ridding in the mountains. we didnt speak any spanish so their help was much appreciated! also the rooms were very clean, and there was a lovely moorish influence to the hotel."     staff were friedly, rooms also nice.

    there was no tea or coffee facilities.
