    "Overall the stay atthe hotel was a good one. Pleasant and courteous staff. Good room facilities. The location , near to publiuc transportation, and within walking distance to the historic centre was also a plus.Appreciated the wifi" (108520036)

    Very impressive customer service. Prompt response to any queries, concerns. This was a strong point. Good quality restaurant/ dinner.

    "I found the hotel perfect for a tourist or business holiday. I visited in one of the hottest month of the year though and found the air conditioning could not cope, so maybe a stay would be more comfortable in autumn, winter or spring. The staff were very friendly and helped with tour maps and booking attraction tickets. The parliament building could be seen from the rooms balcony and at night it was lit up in a beautiful display."     Good location, friendly staff and good sized rooms. Also the hotel has parking facilities.

    Air conditioning was not sufficient in the rooms, and non-existant in the corridors. Decor in the bar was a little dated and the drinks were very expensive.

    "The staff was excellent and very professional and prompt. We enjoyed our stay VERY much and would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved our stay in Sevilla and can't wait to go again." (99252985)

    It was as described and very clean.

    The only negative would be that we would have liked a few more towels in the room rather than just two bath towels and also for them to replenish our toiletries.
