    "Très agréable séjour avec beau temps et le réveillon du 31 très bon enfant avec une fiesta européenne (italien, espagnol, français, anglais) géniale." (107622089)

    La réservation par internet reste très efficace et conforme à notre attente. Pas de surprise. L'hôtel est superbe, surtout bien situé.

    "I would have liked to have had the option of a front facing room, looking out at the Googenheim. As we were only there for one night we weren't too bothered. Also, as it was our first day in a strange city, we had slight difficulty in finding the hotel, despite the fact that sat-nav told us we had arrived! This was because the hotel did not display it's name at the front, it displayed the name of it's restaurant. The hotel sign was tucked away down a side street. These are very minor points and overall we were very pleased with the hotel." (99277790)

    Good location close to the old time and the Googenheim, nice rooms, own underground car park, good breakfast, friendly English speaking staff.

    Only gripe was the fact that our room faced the back of the hotel, looking at a blank wall.

    "Had a very comfortable stay We would liked to have stayed longer. Maybe next time. We have one suggestion to make.The name of the hotel is not easily seen from the road when driving along the paseo looking for the hotel.We drove past twice but failed to see the hotel.The name could be more prominent."     "A great base for a trip to Bilbao - a city with many attractions but where very little English is spoken. The funecular railway about 30 metres to the rear of the hotel is well worth a trip. We found the Gugenheim disappointing - but we aren't art people. The old town part of Bilbao is lovely, and the whole city is interesting and easily accessed from the tram stop just across the river bridge from the hotel. Euros buys a day pass for Bilbao metro, which can take you right out to the lovely village of Plentzia where you can walk to the beach." (99472651)

    very smart, clean hotel in a pleasant environment adjacent to the city centre with Gugenheim and other attractions in easy walking distance. Free internet, good lifts. Local shops also very close.

    The room was a little on the small side with a poor view, but otherwise very comfortable. Parkin expensive at 16 Euros overnight.

    "All in all very pleasant stay. No real problems. Staff very friendly." (99455068)

    Location. Lovely bathroom/wetroom. Clean. Good coffee bar and tapas

    room was very small, but adequate. Car parking barrier never seemed to be functioning properly. Had to get hotel staff to lift barrier out twice. No room service-we got there late and couldn't find anything to eat on a saturday night at 11pm anywhere in Bilbao,or the hotel!

    Very stylish hotel situated 100m from the Guggenheim and central to the main areas of the city.

    Would have liked a riverside room but probably had to pay more to enjoy such benefits. Was disappointed that parking was not included in the price
