"The reception staff were sometimes on the phone to friends,apparently,so less friendly and attentive.Curtains with gaps and without curtain hooks and missing utensils such as ice cube trays." (97404717)

My sister and I have stayed four times this year because we liked the position of the hotel and its facilities

The staff have changed and the accommodation has become more untidy.

"This is a lovely hotel right at the heart of Rosas.I liked the buzz of activities in the square across from the hotel.The staff were generally very helpful and friendly.The service in the dining room is very elegant and the food is very good.This is a hotel that I will come back to!" (99740733)

"Location of Hotel was ideal, Just across the road from the beach and very close to shops and restuarants. Hotel restuarant is a must for dinner with a very attentive staff and wonderful paella." (99820203)
