  Very good service from reception during the day. Less at night time.

  The cleanliness of the hotel was poor: we found hairs everywhere and even in the bed sheets. This put me off totally. In addition, I did not have a pillow and the night shift would not give me one. I had to insist in order to get one pillow!

  "Appartement spacieux et très agréable. Facile d'accès et possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité. Seul point négatif, l'accès à la piscine a été impossible en raison du traitement de l'eau. Nous avons donc été très déçus puisque c'était un élément déterminant dans notre choix d'hôtel."   La piscine, un de nos critères de choix d'hôtel, n'a pas été accessible en raison du traitement de l'eau. Nous avons été très déçus car, compte tenu de la chaleur, nous souhaitions nous rafraîchir dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Environnement bruyant.

  bon hotel, personnel gentille,proprete de l'hotel.

  on a pas atteris a seville a cause du mauvais temp,et ainsi on a perdu une demi journee

  "Excellent hotel with good attention, parking easy and free, a little far from Sevilla center, but with all facilities inside. We enjoyed a lot our stay there" (97410516)

  good value for money, immaculatley clean, dai;y romm cleaning - very unusual in hotels today, the location to restaurants and shops, very friendly and helpful staff

  No sky tv, two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed

  "I forgot to bring our Lux Sevilla Bormujos location map with me. Coming from the Costa del Sol we had a rough idea of where it was but actually drove past the hotel twice without seeing it in the evening. Perhaps a different illuminated sign outside would help. We also walked into the downstairs reception area without realising that the stairs and lift lead to the hotel so we went out and came in through the night entrance. A sign downstairs would help. Next time will be easy! The Lux Sevilla Bormujos apart hotel is an excellent alternative to the expensive and often difficult to reserve accommodation in central Sevilla and it took us no more than 15 minutes to reach our morning meeting in central Sevilla the next day. (Saturday morning)Great for Ikea as well! At dinner in the San Marco restaurant which is a separate entity to the hotel but very conveniently situated and well priced, we had an indifferent waiter serving us at dinner. I don't think we would return to the restaurant, on the basis of his performance. My wife and I teach at a hotel school in Marbella and we are sensitive to good service, attitude and professionality in general. I think our waiter was either having a bad evening, or is in the wrong profession. Our Lux Sevilla Bormujos hotel receptionist who checked us in and out was efficient, pleasant and welcoming. We wish all the staff and management of the hotel a very happy first anniversary celebration in December this year." (99369993)

  It was very well priced for a self catering apartment. All facilities looked to be new or very well maintained.

  We found nothing negative! It was very clean.
