    The hotel is well situate. The room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Double glazing stoped most noise. The bathroom had a really good massage shower. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    "The hotel is in a great location just off Grand Via. The room was pretty good, comfortable bed and great decor. The shower was great (one of those with plenty of nozzles at different heights). The computer in the room was a good touch. During the night there was a loud humming noise which kept me awake, coming from outside the window, which brought the overall standard of the stay down."     "Very friendly and fluent english speaking staff. Hotel was very clean and the inside looked good. Good breakfasts, quiet airconditioning, spacious minibar and good beds, would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it could have been somewhat cheaper." (99156188)

    Hotel and room layout very nice. Easily activated room safe.

    was not advised needed codes to access free wifi in room (though was never asked for a code when logged onto network) so was not able to use my laptop for most of hotel. No tea making facilities in rooms. Could do with a few more light sensors or modify the sensitivity in the corridors

    "i enjoyed my stay but the room should have had a kettle etc to enable tea or coffee making.also perhaps quilts on beds instead of blankets but apart from that it was lovely clean tidy hotel great space in bathroom fab shower i want one at home.also breakfast in morning was good great choices ."     Modernité, fonctionnalité des équipements. Mise à disposition gratuite de 2 PC avec accès à internet.Existence d'un coffre de grande capacité dans la chambre. Qualité du petit déjeuner et du service de chambre

    Nous avons été logés au 4 eme étage dans une chambre mansardée seulement éclairée d'un vélux. La superficie de la chambre étant assez restreinte le lit était disposé sous la partie mansardée; l'un des deux occupants était contraint pour évoluer autour du lit de se plier en deux pour éviter de se cogner au plafond. C'est le seul point négatif

    Ho apprezzato molto le bellezze di Madrid, città che visitavo, assieme a mia moglie, per la prima volta. Il soggiorno nell'Hotel scelto è stato di buona qualità e soddisfacente in rapporto al prezzo pagato

    La difficoltà a comunicare con la gente (non il personale dell'albergo, sempre all'altezza della situazione). Poca gente parla o capisce l'Inglese, praticamente nessuno il Francese e l'Italiano

    good location with easy access to the main sights- excellent breakfast choice

    noisy- our sleep was continually interrupted by internal and external noise, basic, poor advice by staff about facilities in the area

    Bonne situation de l'hotel, bonne qualité générale

    Demande de paiement par avance de la moitié du séjour,alors que le numéro de la carte bleue a été pris!

    "I didn't realise you'd have so much choice at breakfast - you should put these details on the website. Directions from Gran Via station to the hotel weren't good enough. The junction with the metro is crossroads so you can't tell which side of the junction you've come out on. References to the shops at the junction would be very helpful. Wasn't clear that the price didn't include tax, so my hotel was e550 not e515 as I was expecting. This needs to be clearer on the website." (99487442)

    That is was new, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The reception staff all spoke English, which was great in a city where many people don't.

    There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The table lamp didn't work and wasn't fixed after I reported it. The bathroom wasn't sound proof because of the way it was built into the room so you felt you didn't have any real privacy in there.

    "Apart from a minor issue whereby one of our rooms was not ready for checking in at noon as indicated on the confirmation, the reception staff were very helpful. They arranged for us to get tickets for Real Madrid at Bernabau - a great experience. The rooms(and hotel throughout)were modern, comfortable and clean and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The photos on the website were accurate as was the location description. The hotel was well placed for exploring on foot or using the metro being a couple of minutes walk from Gran Via station. I would certainly say that we had value for money." (99545237)

    It was very central for exploring the city, comfortable, clean and the breakfast was very good.

    A mirror in the main bedroom would have been useful as the only one was in the bathroom!

    Nos agradó mucho nuestra estancia en el hotel, camas muy amplias,la habitación es suficientemente amplia, muy buena ubicación ya que esta en el centro y muy cerca de todo.

    Lo malo es que no tiene parking, asi que solo hay dos opciones o encontrar aparcamiento, cosa dificil ya que está en el centro o justo al lado hay un parking público pero te gastas una pasta todos los dias en aparcarlo, deberían hacer bonos para el hotel, por lo menos para que nos salga un poco más barato.

    Bellissime strutture, ottima colazione

    Migliorare il comportamento soprattutto alla reception (non abbiamo mai avuto il saluto all'entrata ed all'uscita!!!)
