    had rooms on ground floor, rooms BA & BB and they were very very noisy. You can hear everything that is happening at reception and people talking.

    Ottima posizione centrale. Indipendenza= chiavi in mano.2 letti in 12mq + bagno, cucina , soggiorno ed ampio balcone. Poi solo 50 m da supermarket!In offerta, costo paragonabile ad una pensione a 2 stelle !!

    I thought that the staff were fantastic , especailly the man who was on reception, i have to say everyone was friendly and chatty, so helpfull. The room with the extra utility was great for my dog. Again please pass on my comments to your wonderfull staff.

    No bad points , only have to say a kettle in the room would be better than the coffee maker, you know us english we like our cup of tea and maybe some condiments ie: vineger, salt pepper etc.

    Hotel was very good.

    My son-in-law booked the hotel for us and I thought it should have been made clearer on the booking sheet we printed that the hotel had not been paid for. This left us short of money for the holiday as we did not have a credit / debit card. We had to ask my daughter to do a money transfer via Western Union.

    large, clean room. Heating was on, brilliant as we came on a wet, cold January day. Huge balcony, well equipped.

    A kettle would have been handy (although we have been before and brought our own!) Parking could be a problem and first time visitors may find it difficult to find the apartments.

    "Apartments are centrally located and are clean and tidy. Large and reasonably priced supermarket on same street a few doors up make self catering easier, however apartments only have hob and a combi microwave which was difficult to work out how to use. No toaster or kettle either. Given low cost and choice of places to eat this shouldnt be a problem unless you do want to cook every night. Washing machine and iron (once found - it was in cupboard nest to TV!) were a bonus. There was no charge, only a small deposit for the safe box in the room. Quality of bed linen and towels could have been better and beds were a little soft. Could have been changed a bit more often but did see another guest ask for this and staff obliged. Staff were all friendly and helpful and did their best especially as most not fluent in english. Given the location, value for money, general cleanliness and polite staff I would stay here again."     Good location, large rooms and very good value for money.

    The beds were a little uncomfortable and there were no soap/gel in the bathroom.

    "Quick and easy booking in. On departure (7.15am) we had to leave keys on a window in Reception. A secure posting box would have been better, as our our stay in London. The bar/restaurant of the same name was not clean and service was slow. Only used it once. Pool was nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers. Good views of the bay. We will use the hotel again."     Very clean, and well sized rooms, with a great location. Pool was also quite nice.

    That the pull out beds in the living room area had no bed sheets, and when asked for some sheets, the person on reception didnt understand what we were asking for.

    apartment was roomy and had a big veranda pool area was very good too had no complaints at all

    "apartments basic,but worth staying in.stayed in same appartments a few years ago so i knew what to expect.rooms very spacious plus theres a utility room off kitchen which is very usefull for drying towels etc.the balcony is one of the biggest ive been on.pool on the small side but ok for quick dip to cool off.the location was great 10 min stroll to the old town and 20 min stroll to the main pubs in new town.all in all apartments good,resort great.will be booking up again in the near future and i will be staying in those apartments."
