  The room was comfortable. Free Internet access and a laptop in the room was a great bonus.

  For a couple, the translucent walls of the bathroom were a nuisance. Drinking glasses were only provided on request. No ice was available in the hotel.

  "Great location just a block off Puerta del Sol. Walking distance to all of Old Madrid and Bourbon Madrid. Nice staff at all levels. A refit of an old building that really works. In spite of facing the square with French doors out to a small balcony, no noise from the outside during sleep." (97999675)

  Free internet, nice and clean, excellent breakfast. Fabulous bathroom.

  Fridge placed in a cupboard with no ventilation made it very warm in there and an inefficient fridge. Fee for use of safe. In a hightech hotel, this should be free. Only sitting space for one person!

  I really liked that the hotel was a very short walk from Gran Via and also Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. We also found it very handy to have a laptop in the room, the room was a very good size it was three girls staying there and we were accomidated very well. The staff was also very nice and helpful with answering questions and making sure we were always comfortable.

  Although the hotel was in a very central part of the city it was a little tucked away and we did see some prostitution in the streets nearby. We also experienced two power outages but the staff made sure it was fixed promptly.
