swimming pool gorgeous. free internet. helpful staff.
breakfast buffet expensive - 14 euros. on sale to passers by for 5 euros - correct value - very negative effect on guests.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the pool was lovely and well maintained, the rooms and facilities were all kept spotlessly clean and the location was very central
Genuinely no bad points about our stay- we loved every second

Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de todo, colchon y sabanas de lo mejor, hotel muy recomendable.
El precio del cafe de la bolsa(zona gastronomica del hotel) es muy sofisticado, elegante y de calidad pero no tiene mucho publico, una pena que no este mas animado.

"We visited for a anniversary break in February. The journey from the airport was quick and easy, there were cheaper ways of getting there (bus & rail) but we wanted the convenience of jumping straight in a cab. We were allowed immediately into our rooms at 1030 despite a 1400 advertised check-in. This was immensely appreciated as we could freshen up and head straight out again. We were also upgraded at no extra charge which was lovely. The hotel is an excellent location and all attractions are really in walking distance. Malaga itself would not entertain you for more than about 03 days, so a good way of seeing everything with some discounts is by purchasing the Malaga Card (35E for 48hrs. There are many bars & restaurants but I would recommend avoiding those with pictures outside (seems to be typical of Spain)as you will be disappointed. Look out for those that are more traditional and rustic offering more authentic fare." (99567820)
The accomodation was in an excellent location beside the cathedral, and with a Malaga Tour bus stop immediately outside, making travel really easy. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The bedrooms were minimalist but with great accessories including robe & slippers in ours. I would definately recommend this hotel
The hotel lacked a little atmosphere in the public areas as it was so modern and minimalist, as a result we did not eat here or use the bar.

Location - very central. Rooftop terrace and pool. nice decor in room.
No complaints or dislikes, although I think the breakfast staff could be more attentive.

"Thoroughly enjoyed, in an excellent location enabling us to go on the city tour bus and have lovely long walks to the beaches either side of the centre." (108627551)
Large room with a huge bed which was really comfortable. Good facilities in the room ie TV, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer etc. Excellent view overlooking the harbour and square.
One slight downside was the fact that the swimming pool was out of action for 3 out of our 4 day stay. This was due to maintenance and the hotel did apologise for the inconvenience.
