  "I would stay again but more care needs to be taken with cleanliness and food presentation also better instructions in other languages." (107183481)

  The hotel looks very nice the staff were helpful.

  Bed Covers and curtains not clean, not enough pillows, only one very thin pillow,one of the bedside lights did not work, shower arrangement to complicated, no instructions on how to use it, card for room entry did not work, we had to get a key. Hot breakfast items were cold.

  It was adequate for a 3 day break. Air con didnt work. Drains flooded during rainstorm causing a dreadful smell in room for several hours, staff laughed

  "no tengo ninguna objecion por la calidad el precio que pague. Pero realmente los precios que figuraban me parecen un poco excesivos para la antigueda que ofrecian en las istalaciones,porque tanpoco funcionaba la piscina." (97019179)

  Creo que goza de muy buenas instalaciones

  "La verdad es que en líneas generales la información que se obtiene en internet es relativamente completa. Quizás al estar lejos del centro urbano debería indicarse los posibles transportes para el desplazamiento." (97726601)

  Hotel tranquilo para una estancia agradable de fin de semana.

  El aparcamiento en el recinto hotelero es insuficiente, aunque es cierto que en las proximidades al hotel es fácil aparcar. La cafeteria de planta principal no tiene mucha variedad de productos.

  "Having seen the hotel on the internet and booked it we were quite excited for our stay in a 4 star hotel. However, once we got there we were very disappointed with our stay for several reasons: - we ordered breakfast to be delivered one morning and filled out the door request. In the morning the door request card was not there so had obviously been taken but we didn't receive our breakfast. When I phoned to let them know there was no apology given and a breakfast arrived and hour and a half later than requested and the toast was cold. - we put some laundry in for washing and we had ticked the box for washing only but it came back, everything having been ironed and one top had a great big burnt hole on the arm - it is no longer able to be worn. Again no apology - we weren't charged in the end for the laundry but an apology would have been appreciated. - we ordered room service for an evening meal - the food was not up to 4 star quality or for the price - consequently it led to sickness and diarrhoea for the following days."   The pool looked great for the summer and the hotel lobby was open and spacious.

  "todos los servicios estavan vien explicados y llo pienso que todo queda vastante claro cuando se ace la reserva parami un diex en todo espero que cuando buelva que sera pronto tengan sitio libre y no tenga que buscar hotro pues parmi es mui comodo" (99392689)
