  "Its a great location near the main routes going north and south and offers a good value night stopover - if you dont eat too much!" (107579797)

  Reception staff were helpful and attentive, rooms of adequate size clean but a bit old fashioned in style. Plenty of parking there is also an option for underground secure parking if you need it, lots of access for disabled visitors

  The hotel restaurant is expensive, the cafe seating area is designated for smokers so the only non smoking place to sit and have a snack is on stools at the bar. We were offered only a twin bed room with not enough pillows on the beds and we could not get the air conditioning to work

  Staff. The people who are at the point of contact with guests are the most important part of any hotel. The manager/ess of the Ciudad de Burgos should be told of their most excellent achievement, please. The secure underground parking is especially useful to me as it means I do not need to unload the vehicle at all during a stopover. Again, not many hotels have this facility, so top marks again for their attention to detail for the business traveller.

  I could not find any, sorry :))) Why does this place only have 3 stars?? They deserve better.

  Clean room/bathroom, spacious. Hotel grounds nicely kept.

  Hotel staff bordering on rudeness, despite attempts to be civil on our part. Food quite the worst I have come across. Evening meal menu description bore no resemblance to what was served. Breakfast terrible fruit juice ran out & not replenished no cold milk for cereals. Again staff rude & abrupt. Walls between rooms so thin we could hear everything!

  "Great hotel, right off the motorway. Very dog friendly. The garage facility was great, especially when you have a car full of things! Nice clean restaurant. Extremely good value all round. Would definitely stay here again." (97145378)

  "THE WEB SITE WAS VERY GOOD, EASY TO FIND YOUR WAY ROUND IT. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL MOST INFORMATIVE AND VERY PLEASANT, WE WOULD CERTAINLY BE USING BOTH THE WAB SITE AND THE HOTEL AGAIN Thank you" (99550103)

  "The check in was efficient but a little impersonel. There was very little information on where everything was in the hotel. It turned out to be easy enough to find, but it is nice to have the info there. I don't know if it is fair to expect some knowledge of English among the staff, or to have information in English? Although the check in staff had a little there was no English available in the dining room or the bar, again not a major problem but it would have been nice. For a hotel with such sumpteous art work on display we felt that the rooms were very basic." (99990296)
