    Good situated to on of the hot spots in Granada "the Alhambra"

    Very difficult to find, road signing is in-adequat!

    Excellente situation, tout près de l'Alhambra et entouré par des arbres, des collines, la nature. Respect de l'environnement: architecture intégrée au paysage, batteries solaires, ampoules basse consommation, lavage sélectif des serviettes

    Il serait souhaitable de varier de temps en temps le menu du restaurant

    Accueil, ambiance générale

    Bruit du à l'utilisation du sèche cheveux dans la chambre voisine Etanchéité des fenêtres à revoir (bruits et sifflement lors de la période venteuse de cette nuit là).

    "Very pleasant and excellent value for money" (107514743)

    The staff were excellent, they were polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable a most important point in our view.

    Just one!! another Cash point (ATM) say one of the Telebanco's? at the Hotel. Throughout the stay, our guest from Australia whom we had brought with us, was unable to obtain cash when she wanted it as the ATM was seemingly, always empty!!

    A good all round experience

    Buffet breakfast and other buffet meals were not of a particularly high standard. Food was cold, sometimes not attractively presented and water for making drinks not very hot. Also very noisy and crowded which did not make dining a pleasurable experience.

    Great location. Fantastic that there are price reductions for children.Great pool for swimming.

    "If your stay at this hotel is to visit the Alhambra you cannot make a better choice, straight out of the door, cross the road and into their carpark, very very easy. Not quite so good for visiting the city although you can use the Alhambra bus. We did note the drinks at the bar were very expensive." (97552763)

    "The service in the booking process met my expectations. I was able to access the hotel designated without any delays. The response to my request for reservations as prompt." (97316366)

    The layout of the furniture in the room was well placed, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom along with the design of the room was sparkling clean.

    "The standard of accommodation was much better than one would expect for the same price in the UK. (doesn't say much, I know, but it was still a very pleasant surprise). The staff were helpful, even with no Spanish, and the breakfast was outstanding-scrambled eggs done just as they should be. A great start to a great day. The proximity to the Alhambra is literally two mins walk, and even less to the public transport into traffic-free Granada centre." (97408512)
