"Well placed in heart of old town, but clients should be warned about driving round the old narrow streets and the lack of parking. Breakfast was only coffee and toast, but served with a smile." (97004067)
The old style of the rooms
toilet brush broken, hot and cold bath taps wrongly marked (c for hot, ok, but h for cold?)and basin waste glogged up.

"This hotel is much better in person than web site reflects. Photos simply don't do justice to just how special it is." (99294976)
Personal feel, unique and cinematic decor and setting, wonderful attention from staff, great value.
Internet wasn't working during our stay, but gracious staff allowed us use of main hotel internet. Also, handmade soap was in short supply. Only got one tiny bar for two days' stay.
