    "Ok to sleep in as we were out most of time. Don't opt for breakfast when groups staying as you will be bowled over in rush - unfortunately 2 groups stopped the 1st night we were there." (108257027)

    Good location for sightseeing. Good local tapas bars within easy walking distance. V. near local bull ring if you like that sort of thing.

    Opposite building site on fairly busy road. Staff not v. friendly. Restaurant only open for special people/occasions. Cafeteria available but not very comfortable. Not up to 4 star standard.

    Excellent location just off the motorway for sight-seeing without having to drive into the city. Nice restaurant meal at a reasonable price. Secure free parking. Air-con.

    Not sign-posted very well and the swimming pool was closed even though the temperature was in the high 30's.

    mini bar sin bebidas,las toallas no fueron cambiadas al dia seguiente, y aunque elijas el menu del dia deveria ser servido en el comedor.

    El hotel estaba muy limpio, habitactiones bonitas y la piscina estaba bien. Aunque fuimos en Agosto habia poca gente asi que no habia la tipica zona de piscina llena de gente.....era muy agradable.Comimos y cenamos un par de veces en el restaurante del hotel y calidad/precio muy bien. Tambien una ventaja enorme de este hotel es el parking gratuita. Hay subterranea y en la zona de la entrada del hotel. Fenomenal.

    Sabiamos antes de ir que habia un paseo de 20-25 minutos hasta el centre....No era problema y era un paseo bonito...pero hace falta una acera mas arreglado acercando al hotel pero aparte de eso estaba bien.

    PRACTICAMENTE NINGUNO, POR DECIR ALGO UN POCO DE FALTA DE MODERNIDAD EN LAS INSTALACIONES.

    Clean, tidy room. Staff helpful.

    Signage to the hotel. Missed it the first time and got caught up in Salamanca one way system. There are signs for othe hotels in yellow, but none for this one.

    El hotel está muy bien, el único inconveniente es que está un poco lejos de la zona historica de Salamanca y hay que coger el coche para todo

    Eficiencia del personal

    La salida de los salones de celebraciones estabán debajo de la ventana de nuestra habitación, generando mucho ruido continuo hasta que los invitados abandonaron las instalaciones más allá de las 12 de la noche. La cama de matrimonio era muy corta y estrecha y sólo tenía una almohada individual, nada que ver con una cama de matrimonio de cualquier otro hotel de 4 o 3 estrellas. Mini bar sólo con agua. Se oye mucho el ruido de los pasillos cuando transita la gente y de las habitaciones anexas cuando hablan. A las 3 de la mañana, cansados de no poder dormir, llamamos a recepción y el recepcionista tuvo que subir a pedir a la habitación de al lado que bajasen el tono de voz. Dentro de las amenities no se incluye cepillo de dientes, cosa que no creemos correcta en un hotel de 4 estrellas. En la página del hotel indicaba que se llegaba al centro en 20 minutos a pie. A parte de que no hay aceras por donde transitar hacia el centro, hay más de 20 minutos.

    Clean, modern - good rooms lovely shower! Not too far from the center of town Breakfast good selection and good value for money

    Pool - bit cold even though it was August! Atmosphere around pool could be improved. Felt like we were swimming in the car park and although once inside the hotel it was good we did not rate the location. Pool area walls could be painted, it looked dirty! some more plants and more chairs/beds would be good
