  Very friendly and helpful staff. Meals were of a good standard for self-service buffet, well cooked and plenty of choice.Stunning views accross Palma bay. Quiet and peaceful location.

  Internet access chargeable including Wifi access. Free towels not available in swimming pool as advertised. Parking near to hotel is impossible.

  "beautiful setting spotleely clean and excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast which can be taken outside to a fabulous dining terrace great location in illetis but parking a nightmare" (97764866)

  we were lead to believe that all rooms were front sea facing but ended up with quite a small side room admittedly the balcony did show some of the sea but mainly overlooked the tennis courts when we asked for a front sea facing room we were told it would be another 18 euros per night and we should have booked that on line .when we booked online they gave us no choices as to different catorgories of rooms.

  rooms had no mirrors apart from bathrooms no mini bar or fridge and no room service no tea and coffee making facilities. we arrived late at night and couldnt even get a bottle of water.after a nightmare jouney of delayed planes and12 hours of travelling we were non too happy

  "The hotel was excellent in a quiet, upmarket resort area a few kilometres from the centre of Palma towards Palma Nova and Magalluf. The facilities were first rate and very good value for money. There was an excellent all-day bus service, from a stop immediately outside the entrance, at about 10 minute intervals to the centre of Palma at a fare of only 1.1 Euros which means that many people would not require a car. The hotel has good lifts which mean that it is disabled accessible although due to the hilly nature of the area it might not be ideal for those with less major disabilities. Private, secure parking is available but I was glad my rental car was small (a Ford Ka) as spaces are limited and tight. This is my only minor criticism of an axcellent hotel." (99572771)

  Size, quality and cleanliness were of the first order. Staff were unfailingly attentive and helpful with a good command of a wide range of languages.
