  "My stay was ruined by the ineptitude ignorance and lack of customer service shown by this hotel. They were unwilling to accept any responsibility for my inability to find the establishment.Needless to say this hotel will never be used again and as an experienced traveller this has personally blighted my opinion of Spain and the Spanish way of treating visitors." (99546977)

  It was thoroughly unacceptable that hotel reception did not have the capability to direct me to its establishment from 300 yards away. I had to resort to sleeping in the car overnight!
