    El ruido en Ibiza tal vez no tenga remedio. Es el único hotel en el cual he permanecido en esta ciudad, pero aún en septiembre hay inadaptadillos. La habitación deja que desear...

    efficient people at reception

    the main advantage of this hotel is its location : close to the center of city (beautiful old city), and to the bus station = easy to go to different beaches and discos. Very clean. very helpfull and efficient staff.

    Perfect place for group of lads. Great position. Cheap but clean. Freindly helpful staff. And when you did want to sleep, it wasn't too noisey.

    "As always a good stay at the Hotel. I am a returning customers for many years now; when my flight comes in too late to get the last ferry to Formentera I always come and stay at El Puerto. It is quiet and close to the Port. The service from the staff is very good and the hotel is clean. Couldn't ask for more... That is why I always recommend El Puerto to anyone needing to spend a night in Ibiza. Have you thought about having a loyalty scheme for returning customers like myself?" (107704972)

    Staff very helpful and charming. Room nice and clean

    Shower leaked at the shower head and bath didn't drain very well. But it still functioned, so no real complaint.

    Es un hotel de los 60'sencillito, con pocas actualizaciones, está limpio y el trato amable. Piscina exterior muy bien, gim con 4 máquinas, la sauna no va desde hace mucho. Desayuno flojo bolleria, pan y maquina de cafes y zumo

    Bei einer Übernachtung im Vorjahr war alles o.k.

    Diesmal funktionierte die Dusche nicht - es wäre nur ein Vollbad möglich gewesen. Sehr ärgerlich! Eine Nachttischlampe war defekt. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch.

    "In summer they probably check the rooms more often and it doesn't rain so you should not have problems with flooded rooms and no electricity. Breakfast choice is wide even though the food is not totally amazing but is edible." (107371376)

    The location of the hotel is excellent. The choice of food at breakfast was also very good.

    It seems like this is a summer hotel that is not equipped/prepared for winter. The first room we were given has not been cleaned by a maid and the second was without electricity. In the third room the balcony was flooded with water (Ibiza does not get much rain so not ready for this). We were definitely not fussy but the first "normal" room with basic stuff functioning was the 15th one or so (I truly lost count!). Once that was sorted everything was ok.
