  Excellent pool, reception staff helpful, very good room with sea view, clean facilities,

  Unable to comment about food as we were self catering. Self catering facilities within room limited. Hotel quite a distance from nearest beach. Could not check in until 2 pm (even though it indicated 12 noon on our information from Active Hotels) and then the room wasn't actually ready until 4 pm.

  "We have now stayed at the Tropic Gardens 3 times, and expect to go again in September. We've not found any other comparable aparthotel accommodation of this standard anywhere on the island. It's conveniently located, and a very high standard of service is provided by all members of staff, who are polite and efficient at all times. The only thing that lets it down is the fact that its all-inclusive status (of some guests) seems to be reflected in the quality of the drinks on offer at the bar - we would like to see more branded spirits/ liquours etc. on offer."   Clean, served every purpose, pleasant outlook, excellent cleaning service.

  Couldn't really fault anything about the accommodation or the services provided.

  "The accommodation was really nice and the pool area was kept clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and seemed happy in their work. It would have been helpful when booking the holiday for a street map of the location to be provided so we could see exactly how far it is from the main town and how to get to it (we hired a car and drove from the airport), however it was not difficult to find and close to local amenities."
